Congestion at Family Registry Division moving window
From March to May, the Family Registry Division window will be very crowded due to procedures such as changing the Address due to moving. In particular, during the large holidays from late March and late April to May, you may have to wait at least 2 hours to reception.
If you are not in a hurry, please come to the agency, such as by visiting the agency especially avoiding crowded days.
