In order to shorten the waiting time for visitors and alleviate congestion, we have introduced a service that allows you to reserve the reception number tag of the counter on the day on the web before the next agency.

About web ticketing

Access the Kohoku Ward web ticketing site (outside site) with your personal computer or smartphone before coming to the agency on the day, issue a web ticket number tag for the web ticket, and come to the agency when the order is approaching. Reduce the waiting time until.

The flow from web ticketing to the counter reception

In front of the next agency ...

①Access the Kohoku Ward web ticketing site (external site) with your own personal computer or smartphone
②Enter your e-mail address on the above site and obtain the "Reception Number" and "Notification Number" (notified by e-mail).
③Check that your order is approaching from the congestion situation (outside site) at the Kohoku Ward window, and the next agency
Estimated time required to call is around 10 minutes per 5 people waiting (please note that it is only a guide time).

After coming to the agency ...

⑤At the number ticketing machine of each section, press "web ticketing", enter the "reception number" and "notification number" in 2, and actually issue a number tag (paper)
※Documents are provided at the ward office, but you can download them from the following and prepare them in advance.

Points to note

  • Please note that the number will not be called at the counter unless you actually issue a number tag (paper) after coming to the agency.
  • The Reception hours window is from 8:45 a.m. to 5 p.m. (Closed: national holidays, other holidays, and New Year's holidays December 29th-January 3rd) on weekdays. Those who have been issued the web also need to issue a number tag (paper) in Reception hours at the counter.
  • If you are issued web in the morning and there is no actual number tag (paper) ticketing procedure at the ward office after 2:00 pm, and the "reception number" has passed the order of reception at the counter, optimize the order of reception Please note that we may cancel it for (there is no cancellation notice).
  • Even if the "reception number" issued on the web has passed the order of reception at the counter, you can accept it. If you come to the agency, please complete the ticketing procedure for issuing a number tag (paper).
  • If you can no longer visit the agency after issuing the web ticket, please access the URL described in the e-mail you sent and complete the cancellation procedure.
