About receipt of my number card

Flow until receipt

For those who have applied for a My Number Card, we will send a letter of delivery (postcard) by mail as soon as the confirmation and setting work of the card is completed and ready to hand it over is ready.
When you receive the delivery notice (postcard), please make a reservation for the date and time of receipt in advance, and then come to the counter. (Please fill in the response form column of the delivery notice (postcard) in advance.)

If you live in Kohoku Ward, you will receive your card at the following two locations:                                     
Card handing over card ※You can choose at the time of booking.

1.Centerkita My Number Card Special Center (1 minute walk from Center Kita Station, Premier Yokohama 4F)

2.Kohoku Ward Office, Family Registry Division Registration Section (23rd window, 2nd floor of ward office, closest station: Okurayama Station)

※If there is a shortage of belongings on the day, you will not be able to hand over your My Number Card.

Delivery statusKohoku Ward

We send grant letter of advice (postcard) about one to two months after the card application.
※If a problem is found in the card confirmation and setting work, it will take some time to send out the delivery notice (postcard) in order to recreate the card at the Local Government Information System Organization (J-LIS).

To those who have received the delivery notice (postcard)

Reservations for reservations after Friday, October 1, 2021, will start accepting reservations at 8:30 30 days ago. (Example: Reservations for October 1, 2021 will be accepted from September 1, 2021.)
Please check the above receipt method and receive the card as soon as possible.
After applying for a My Number Card, cards that have not been received and have passed a certain period of time will be discarded. Please note that if you have already discarded your card, you will need to apply again. For details on how to apply, please see About New / Renewal Application for My Number Card.
※If there is a change in Address outside Kohoku Ward before receipt, you will not be able to hand it over. Please apply for the card again at the transfer destination.

Reservation ID

A reservation ID is required to make a reservation for receiving My Number Card. As it is listed in grant letter of advice (postcard) sent by mail from ward office, please make a reservation after having it at hand.
※If you have lost your letter of delivery, please contact Family Registry Division Registration Section, Kohoku Ward Office.

The reservation ID may have a handwritten or stamp at the beginning with letters such as alphabet.
(For example, a reservation ID created in 2023 will have the alphabet "E" at the beginning.)
Please be careful when making a reservation because it will be the reservation ID including the added characters.
The Kohoku Ward Office draws a marker on the reservation ID portion.
