≪Notice: Congestion of moving window in Family Registry Division
From March to May, the Family Registry Division window will be very crowded due to procedures such as changing Address due to moving. If you are not in a hurry, please come to the agency to avoid congestion and ask for your cooperation in alleviating congestion.
If you are moving out of the city or requesting a certificate (such as family register or resident certificate), please consider mailing or online procedures.
This service is provided by Replice Co., Ltd. based on a service agreement with Yokohama City. The domain of this service is neconome.com (consulted in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 4 of the Yokohama City Internet Receiving Guidelines).
Web ticketing
In order to reduce waiting time at the ward office for visitors to the agency and alleviate congestion at the counter, we have introduced a service that allows you to reserve a ticket at the counter on the day before visiting the agency.
This service is provided by Nobutsu Co., Ltd. based on a service agreement with Yokohama City. The domain of this service is yobidashi.jp (consulted in accordance with Article 6, Paragraph 4 of the Yokohama City Internet Receiving Guidelines).
