Overview

 Regarding "stall-type temporary business" and "simple fixed type temporary business" in Kanagawa Prefecture's "Ordinance on Business Facility Standards Based on the Food Sanitation Law (hereinafter referred to as the Facility Standards Ordinance), Kanagawa Prefecture has established a facility standard ordinance regarding the temporary business system Partially revised the operation notice (hereinafter referred to as operation notice).

 In Motoichi, based on the operation notice of Kanagawa Prefecture, the “Food Business Permit Examination Standards and Food Business Permit Administrative Guidance Guidelines (hereinafter referred to as Guidance Guidelines)” have been established, and in accordance with the partial revision of the operation notice of Kanagawa Prefecture, We revised some instruction guideline of Motoichi.

 

(1) Food Business Permit Examination Standards

  • Added definitions of terms stipulated in "stall-type temporary business" and "simple fixed-type temporary business" in the Facility Standards Ordinance have been added, and requirements for the structure of facility equipment have been established.

(2) Food Sales Permit Administrative Guidance Guidelines

  • The contents to be satisfied with facility facilities and equipment related to "stall-type temporary business" and "simple fixed type temporary business" have been determined.
