About business license of restaurant business (temporary business)

If you are operating at a temporary store such as stalls and containers accompanying temporary events, you may need to obtain a business license.

This refers to business conducted at facilities such as assembly tents that can be moved along with temporary events.
　

Business is permitted for events that meet all of the following conditions:

1. Held by the implementing entity (national, local public entity, corporation or organization) for a certain purpose
2. Temporary events that have not been held for more than one month

The foods that can be handled are "foods cooked locally or foods with simple cooking process", and the number of items that can be handled at the same time is "1 item".

Please apply to the public health center in Kanagawa Prefecture (in the case of Yokohama City, Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division, each ward) that has jurisdiction over the following locations 1-3.
　
Business licenses obtained at any public health centers in the prefecture are also permitted to operate in other local governments in the prefecture.　

1. 　Facilities (tents, etc.) Storage area
2. 　Address of the applicant (in the case of a corporation, the location of the main office)
3. 　Main business locations

The priority of the application destination is 1. → ２ → In the order of 3.

This refers to a business conducted in a container house that can be easily installed and removed without connecting water pipes in conjunction with temporary events.

Business is permitted for events that meet all of the following conditions:

1. Held by the implementing entity (national, local public entity, corporation or organization) for a certain purpose
2. Temporary events that have not been held for more than one month

Foods that can be handled are "foods other than non-heated meat, seafood and chicken eggs, fresh cream and soft serve."
The number of items is as follows.

• When the capacity of the water tank and drainage tank is 40 liters or more and less than 80 liters, respectively. The number of items that can be handled at the same time is one item

• When the capacity of the water tank and the drainage tank is 80 liters or more, respectively.

Please apply to the Health and Welfare Center Health Sanitation Division, which has jurisdiction over the location of the store.

Organizers of extraordinary events should submit an overview of the event to Health Sanitation Division Health and Welfare Center, which is responsible for the venue of the event at least two weeks before the event is held.
