In the market, "Seri" of seafood begins around 4 am. Therefore, from around 3 am, two food hygiene observers will patrol the market and perform the following duties.

  • Monitoring and guidance on food handling
  • Inspection and confirmation of food products
  • Discovery and elimination of toxic fish
  • Example of food products for inspection

Normal monitoring

Foods after selling auctions are lined up at wholesalers and retailers inside and outside the market. We monitor whether these foods are handled hygienically and properly displayed, and provide guidance such as suspension of sales if there is any improper handling or violation of labeling.
