What is the Mental Health Consultation Center?

　It is a "mental health welfare center" (hereinafter referred to as "center") based on the Mental Health and Welfare Law for the Mentally Handicapped (Mental Health Welfare Law).
　The Center aims to disseminate knowledge about mental health and the welfare of mentally ill persons, conducts research, and complex and difficult consultation and guidance projects, and provides technical assistance to other mental health and welfare-related organizations, including the Health and Welfare Center in each ward. It is an organization that serves as a base for community mental health and welfare activities as a "Comprehensive Technology Center" for mental health and welfare of mentally ill persons.
