※Please note that we will stop accepting applications from the application form when the capacity is reached for a first-come, first-served basis.

All participants will be issued a “Certificate of Completion of Family Doctor Depression Response Improvement Training”. In addition, training is targeted for "Japan Medical Association Lifelong Education (4 credits)" and "Japan Medical Association Certified Industrial Medicine Workshop (4 credits specialized)".
In addition, it is necessary to issue the “Certificate of Completion of Training for Completion of Family Doctor Depression Response Improvement” and grant the “Japan Medical Association Lifelong Education (4 credits)” and the “Japan Medical Association Certified Industrial Medicine Workshop (4 credits specialized)” It is necessary to attend the training at the specified time.
