We support health management of city company and citizen's health promotion! "Yokohama City x Meiji Yasuda Life Link Worker" will provide administrative service information on health management and health promotion tailored to the needs of each and every citizen, and connect it to local resources and services (links).
What is "Yokohama x Meiji Yasuda Life Link Worker"?
It is the name of the person who has trained to hold training for the MY Link coordinator and staff of Meiji Yasuda Life, and to play a role in connecting (linking) administrative services related to health promotion of Yokohama citizens.
To all of the city companies
Focusing on Meiji Yasuda Life, "Yokohama City x Meiji Yasuda Life Link Worker" will guide you on the "Yokohama Health Management Certification System".
We propose initiatives related to health management in companies and provide support for applications.
To everyone living in Yokohama City Link workers are active throughout Yokohama City. (Started in October 2022)
Focusing on Meiji Yasuda Life's customers, "Yokohama City x Meiji Yasuda Life Link Worker" provides administrative service information on health promotion in Yokohama City tailored to each individual's needs (eg, specific medical examinations, cancer screenings, and child care) We guide classroom and consultation, consultation destinations such as Local Elderly Care Management Center) and support health promotion and rich living.
[Initiatives to date]
As experimental project, we worked as a link worker led by Meiji Yasuda Seimei, who lives in Midori Ward, Konan Ward and Totsuka Ward.
<Implementation Period>
Midori Ward: From March 25 to September 30, 2021
Konan Ward: From December 17, 2021 to June 30, 2022
※The implementation period has been extended from the end of March to the end of June, taking into account the status of activities caused by the spread of the novel coronavirus.
Totsuka Ward: From April 1, 2022 to June 30, 2022
