"Yokohama Corporate Health Magazine" is an e-mail magazine that City of Yokohama, Health and Social Welfare Bureau regularly distributes health information that is easy for people who are busy with work.

• Information that allows you to easily engage in health promotion at work

※Distribution will be available only in Japanese e-mail magazines.

• Regular distribution: 1st Wednesday once a month
• Other information on events, workshops, lectures, etc. will be distributed as needed.
