In Phase 3 Health Yokohama 21, "Prevention and improvement of back pain" has been newly added as one of the important health issues for extending healthy life expectancy. Back pain can easily limit daily life and need to be prevented.
In Yokohama City, we will hold a fall and back pain disaster prevention tournament for business establishments jointly with the Kanagawa Labor Bureau and the Kanagawa Occupational Health Support Center. In addition, we have created a low back pain prevention video for working generations.
The 2nd Kanagawa Fall / Low Back Pain Disaster Prevention Tournament (Lecture for Business Offices)
In recent years, work related accidents has been on the rise, with falls and back pain accounting for about 30% of the total.
In cooperation with the Kanagawa Labor Bureau, a lecture was held at offices in Kanagawa Prefecture to prevent falls and back pain disasters.
