3rd Health Yokohama 21 (original draft)

◆ Purpose of the formulation
  This is a guideline for comprehensive health promotion centered on prevention of lifestyle-related diseases, one of the biggest health issues for Yokohama citizens.
  Based on the "Municipal Health Promotion Plan" based on the Health Promotion Act, the "Dentistry Oral Health Promotion Plan" based on the Ordinance on Promotion of Oral Health in Dentistry, Yokohama City, and the "Food Education Promotion Plan" based on the Basic Law on Shokuiku.

◆ Plan period

  12 years from Reiwa 6 (2024) to Reiwa 17 (2035)

◆ Basic Philosophy

  Health promotion throughout the life we work together

◆ Basic goals  

  Extending healthy life expectancy
