Childhood Chronic Specific Disease Designated Doctor Training

In Yokohama City, designated doctor training will be conducted as a web training program.
Those who are applying for designated physicians and who are not qualified as specialists certified by academic societies as stipulated by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare are required to take this training course.

For those who are applying for a designated physician, those who do not have the qualification of a specialist certified by an academic society as defined by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, please fill out the “Designated Doctor Training Course Report” and submit it with the designated application form.
In addition, please note that this training is for designation of Yokohama-shi pediatric chronic specific illness designation doctor, and cannot be used for application of designated doctor of other systems or pediatric chronic specific illness designation doctor in other local governments .
