In January 2016, we launched the “Independence Support Project for Children with Chronic Specific Diseases, elementary school studenｔ, etc.” In response to consultations from elementary school studenｔ and their families with chronic illnesses, we provide necessary information and advice, and coordinate and coordinate with related organizations and other business activities.
This project is entrusted to the Kanagawa Prefectural Hospital Organization Kanagawa Children's Medical Center.

We provide consultation and advice on daily life and school life in order to help alleviate the anxiety of elementary school studenｔ and his family members.
