Related to "Management Reform of Municipal Hospitals"

From June 6 to August 25, 2003, City Counsil Standing Committee met ten times, including visits to hospitals, to discuss the management reform of municipal hospitals. The materials submitted to the Standing Committee of City Counsil are posted here. (There are no submitted materials for dates that are not described.)

Revision of ordinances and rules regarding the introduction of the designated manager system

In order to have the designated manager (Local Government Act Article 244-2, Paragraph 3) manage the new port hospital, in order to determine the designated procedures for the designated manager, the "Hospital Ordinance managed by the Yokohama City Hospital Business" Some have been revised. This section contains the ordinance (revised part), the revised enforcement regulations (revised part), and the materials submitted to the Standing Committee of City Counsil during deliberations in City Counsil.
