About application for designated person fund transfer payment and omission of seal of invoice

To those who have business with "Municipal Hospital" and "Stroke / Neurospinal Center"
Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation in the operation of Yokohama Municipal Hospital.
With regard to the payment of transaction fees at Yokohama Municipal Citizen's Hospital and Yokohama City Apolexy and Spinal Nerves Center, creditors who pay frequently will be able to submit a registration, change, or cancellation notice of fund transfer payment, and by registering the transfer account, the seal of the invoice will be omitted. In addition, invoices with seal omitted can be submitted by e-mail. <How to submit by e-mail (PDF: 82KB)>

Please submit it to each hospital with business or to the Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters Hospital Management Section of the City Hall.

If you do not submit a registration, change, or cancellation notice, you will not be able to omit the invoice seal.
