About application of designated person fund transfer payment and omission of seal of bill

To companies that have business with "Municipal Hospital" and "Stroke / Neurovertebral Center"
We would like to thank you for your understanding and cooperation in the operation of Yokohama City Hospital.
Creditors who pay frequently for transactions of Yokohama Municipal Citizen's Hospital and Yokohama City Apolexy and Spinal Nerves Center are required to submit a transfer registration, change, or cancellationseal of the invoice by registering the bank account. Please submit to each hospital where you do business or Medical Care Bureau Hospital Administration Headquarters Hospital Management Section of city hall.

If you have not submitted your account transfer registration / change / cancellation notice, you will not be able to omit the seal invoice.
