Abbreviation of seal and submission by e-mail (Notice)

　Yokohama City will be able to omit seal from fiscal 2022 for invoices submitted by businesses and citizens.

　April 1, 2022 (* Applicable from invoices, etc. issued on or after April 1, 2022)
[Submission Method]
　Invoices that omit seal can be submitted by e-mail in addition to submission in writing (bring and mailing). Companies registered in the Yokohama City Bidding Participation Qualification Qualification List, please use the e-mail address registered in the list. 　You can also submit an invoice with the representative seal. Documents with seal cannot be submitted by e-mail, so please submit them in writing as before.

1 For confirmation of submitted documents, each section may contact you by telephone, etc., if necessary. In some cases, seal on invoices, etc. cannot be omitted, such as when delegating billing or receipt.
2. The seal of the power of attorney pertaining to claims, etc. cannot be omitted.
