　In Yokohama City, it will be possible to omit the seal from FY2022 for invoices submitted by businesses and citizens.

[How to submit]
　Invoices without seal can be submitted by e-mail in addition to in writing (bringing or mailing). Businesses registered in the Yokohama City Bidding Participation Qualified Person List, please use the e-mail address registered in the list. Please refer to the following link for details on how to submit by e-mail.

　You can also submit an invoice with the representative seal. Documents with seal cannot be submitted by e-mail, so please submit them in writing as before.

1 In order to confirm the submitted documents, each section may contact you by telephone, etc. as necessary. In some cases, seal may not be able to omit such invoices, such as when commissioning or commissioning of receipt.
2. seal of power of attorney pertaining to claims, etc. cannot be omitted.
