About open call for participants for multi-functional bases (tentative name) in the central area

In Yokohama City, we are planning to develop multi-functional bases in six areas in the city, which are facilities that support living in the community for severely handicapped children who need medical care and their families.
This time, we have decided to develop the fifth multi-functional base in Oimatsu-cho, Nishi-ku, so we will openly recruit installation and operation corporations.

The application qualification is a corporation or organization that meets one of the following conditions:
（１） Social Welfare Corporation
（２） In fact, organizations that do not have a legal personality but are expected to be approved by a social welfare corporation.
（３） (1) Among the persons prescribed in Article 2, Item 1 of the Law Concerning the Exchange, Transfer, Loan, etc. of Yokohama City Property, etc. (1964 Yokohama City Ordinance No. 6) A person deemed to fall under Article 4, Paragraph 1, Item 1 of the Ordinance (1964 Yokohama City Ordinance No. 6)
