About distribution of help mark

LIMEX help mark

Yokohama City has adopted a help mark using LIMEX, a new environmentally friendly material derived from limestone. LIMEX does not use water or wood pulp as raw materials, but can be reused through the process of recovery, pelletization, and reproductive processes. In addition, it has excellent durability and water resistance, so it can be used in places where it is hard to tear and gets wet with water.
It can be attached to a bag or the like, but since it is a thin material, it can be used in your favorite card case, etc., as in the help mark on the right side in the image.

If you see someone wearing a help mark

Please give me a seat on the train or bus.

Even though they may look healthy, it may be difficult to maintain the same posture, such as being tired easily or holding on to the hanging skin. Also, since you can't tell from your appearance, sitting in a priority seat can be seen suspiciously and be stressed. Please give consideration such as giving seats other than priority seats.

At stations and commercial facilities, please give consideration to calling out.

Some people have difficulty responding to sudden events such as accidents in transportation, and others have difficulty in standing up, walking, or going up and down stairs. If you see a person in need, please give consideration such as gently calling out.

In the event of a disaster, please provide support for safe evacuation.

There are people who need attention, such as those who have visual or hearing impairment and have difficulty grasping the situation, or those who have physical disabilities and have difficulty evacuating quickly on their own. It is important to protect yourself, but if you see someone in need, please call out and help.
