About Motoichi correspondence to survivors by 2024 Noto Peninsula earthquake (disability welfare-related)
We sincerely thank all those affected by the Noto Peninsula Earthquake that occurred on January 1, 2024. Since the Disaster Relief Law has been applied in some areas of Niigata, Toyama, Ishikawa and Fukui prefectures, regarding the handling of disability welfare services when affected children and persons are evacuated to Motoichi, We will inform you as follows.

Ⅰ. Related welfare services for persons with disabilities
For children with disabilities and persons in the affected area, it is possible that the recipient's ID etc. is lost or evacuated while leaving it in the house. You can receive the same service as when you presented your beneficiary ID. The same applies to the payment of assistive device costs.
Ⅱ. Medical care for independence support
Even if you are unable to file a health insurance card or medical care certificate cannot be submitted, you can consult a medical institution by reporting that you are a person who has been granted the medical care certificate and confirm your name, date of birth and Addressmedical care certificate. In addition, in the case of emergency, you can also consult a medical institution other than the designated independence support medical institution. Please consult with the medical institution where you would like to consult.
