Cases of actually working for a farmer after training
[Farm in Yokohama City]
Here, hydroponic cultivation is carried out, and leaves such as ruccola and mizuna are grown. Two people who have completed the training in the agricultural employment support project are currently working (August 2005) and are engaged in work such as removing lower leaves of crops.
The story of the farm
"I was worried at first about the employment of people with disabilities, but since I actually accepted it, I have been doing well. Their work attitude is serious, they are not absent or late, and they are working properly. In addition to the work I am currently in charge of, I would like you to do various things in the future. In the future, I would like to continue to accept the employment of people with disabilities."
※In addition to the above, many people are working in various fields such as horticulture, cleaning, landscaping, and pig farming.
