If the registered person drives a car, substitute car, a relative or acquaintance's car, the discount can be obtained even if the registered person drives a car for a discount. (Type 2 people, vehicles that do not drive by themselves, such as taxis and welfare paid transport vehicles, are not eligible.)
（２） [When a person other than the person drives and the person is on board] Those who have severe disabilities or those who have been issued a notebook of love (nursing notebooks), those with severe disabilities (Type 1)
Taxi, welfare transportation, rental cars, substitute cars, relatives and acquaintances' cars are driven by people other than the person, and discounts can also be obtained if the person is on board.

Please present the page where the toll road discount registration of the certificate of the physically disabled or the notebook of love (care notebook) is listed (listed in the ward Health and Welfare Center ward) or hand the notebook. After confirming the staff, please pay the fee.
(2)When using ETC
Insert the pre-registered ETC card into the registered ETC on-board unit (attached to the car described in the notebook and set up with the vehicle) and pass wirelessly through the ETC lane. If the ETC lane cannot be used due to an inspection of the ETC lane, or if the bar does not open due to a communication error, the payment will be made by handing the ETC card to the toll booth staff. In this case, even in the case of payment with an ETC card registered in advance, it is necessary to present a certificate of the physically disabled or a notebook of love (care notebook) to the staff. If you do not show your personal organizer, the discount will not be applied.
