Tollgate staff should present a page with the registration of the toll road discount in the certificate of the physically handicapped or the notebook of love (care book) (listed in Health and Welfare Center, ward) or hand the notebook. Please pay the fee after confirming the staff.
(2)When using ETC
Insert the pre-registered ETC card into the registered ETC on-board unit (attached to the car listed in the notebook and set up with the car), and pass through the ETC lane wirelessly. If the ETC lane cannot be used or the bar does not open due to a communication error due to an ETC lane inspection, etc., payment will be made by handing the ETC card to the toll booth staff. In this case, even in the case of payment with an ETC card registered in advance, it is necessary to present a certificate of the physically disabled or a notebook of love (nursing notebook) to the staff. If you do not present your personal organizer, the discount will not be applied.
