[Target persons]
Persons with disabilities who fall under any of the following 1-3
①Those who have been issued a certificate of the physically disabled for upper limbs, lower limbs, and trunk dysfunction of grades 1 to 3 and need to remodel some of the cars they own or own and drive by themselves (driver's license maysame household).
②Those who live in Yokohama City at the time of completion of remodeling and application
③The income amount of the previous year of the highest income earner of the household is within the income limit of the special disability allowance (please contact us for details.)

[Required for Application] Application within one year after completion (purchase) of vehicle remodeling

• Copy of certificate of the physically disabled
• Receipt, invoice, delivery note, or order form that shows the details and price of remodeling (purchase) ※Estimates are not allowed.
• Copy of automobile inspection certificate (vehicle inspection certificate) ※In the case of a car inspection certificate issued after January 2023, it is also necessary to submit a copy of the "car inspection certificate record items" printed on paper issued at the same time as the original.
• Copy of driver's license ※In the case of modification of the steering and drive device, a license with limited license conditions is required.
• (In the case of purchasing welfare vehicles) Estimates that show the price of the vehicle of the standard specification that is the basis of the purchased welfare vehicles.
• (In the case of purchasing used welfare vehicles) Estimates, etc. that indicate the vehicle price of the purchased used welfare vehicles

※If you are moving out of the city, you may need documents to prove the income of all households.

We will support up to 200,000 yen for the installation of transfer equipment and wheelchair storage equipment in vehicles, small cars and light motor vehicles, which are mainly used for the movement of persons with disabilities (including the purchase of welfare vehicles already equipped with necessary equipment).

[Target persons] The applicant will be the caregiver.
Those who fall under any of the following 1-3
①Those who have a 1st to 3rd grade lower limb or trunk dysfunction certificate (excluding those aged 65 or older who have acquired the certificate) and those in same household who need to remodel some of the cars used to move the disabled.
②Those who live in Yokohama City at the time of completion of remodeling and application
③The income amount of the previous year of the highest income earner of the household is within the income limit of the special disability allowance (please contact us for details.)

※[Target Vehicles] Cars owned, used, and driven by themselves or by the same household (vehicles, Small Vehicles and light motor vehicles as defined in the Road Transport Vehicle Law)

• Those that are recorded as "private use" in "use" such as automobile inspection certificates are eligible. (Capacity of 10 or less) "Business use" is not eligible.
• Items that are recorded as "for cargo" in "uses" such as automobile inspection certificates are not passenger and are not eligible. (If there is no partition between the boarding equipment and the carrier and it is recognized as riding, it may be eligible.)
• If a car under the name of a corporation is purchased under an installment purchase contract, etc., the name of the person or same household is listed in the "user name or name" column of the automobile inspection certificate is eligible. .

※When reapplying, it must have passed 5 years from the previous application date. (However, it may be possible to reapply within 5 years due to changes in disability conditions, etc.)
