Person who has certificate of the physically disabled, notebook of love (nursing notebook), health and welfare notebook for the mentally handicapped
How to use
In the case of use, please show certificate of the physically disabled, notebook of love (nursing notebook), health and welfare notebook for mentally ill in administration room.
