About prior consultation (facility of road, park, public transport facility)

When we establish designated facility to establish in the welfare town development regulations or repair, "prior consultation" is necessary beforehand. Consultation is also required if you are going to change the content discussed after the prior consultation. (Article 28, Ordinance; Article 6 of Ordinance Enforcement Regulations)
In addition, when the construction pertaining to the consultation has been completed, it is necessary to submit a notification of completion of the construction immediately. (Article 29, Ordinance, Article 7 of Ordinance Enforcement Regulations)

Prior consultation on roads, parks and public transportation facilities will be held in Health and Welfare Division, Health and Social Welfare Bureau.
Prior consultation on buildings will be conducted at the Housing and Architecture Bureau Urban Area Building Division.

Please prepare the following documents after referring to the facility maintenance manual.

• New establishment of designated facilities (change) prior consultation form (first style)
• Conformity list (for roads)
• Guide map directions, roads and target features
• Schematic diagram Scale, orientation, position, scale, shape of the three-dimensional crossing facility, and position and dimensions of stairs, roads, passages, elevators and other major parts to be placed in the three-dimensional crossing facility
• Cross-sections of two or more sections Scale and floor height
• Detailed drawing When standards such as elevators are required, detailed drawings and specifications

※After submitting the prior consultation form, you will receive a "Notice of Completion of Designated Facilities (Change) Pre-Consultation End Notice" in approximately two weeks.

• Construction completed registration form (Form No. 3)
• Conformity list (for roads)

(District parks, general parks, sports parks and large-scale parks)

Green spaces that are harbor environment improvement facilities with a site area of 4 ha or more
