Passenger terminal information (Access)

There are three passenger ship terminals at Yokohama Port. Please come to each terminal after confirming the information from the reserved cruise company / travel agency and the scheduled arrival of the Yokohama Port Passenger Ship.
Passenger terminal at Yokohama Port
Osanbashi International Passenger Ship Terminal
Osanbashi International Passenger Ship Terminal
Location: 1-1-4 Kaigandori, Naka-ku, Yokohama (Tel: 045-211-2304)
- The terminal building "Whale no Senaka" is open 24 hours a day.
- There are cafes, restaurants and shops in the terminal.
Access (the required time is a guide)
From Yokohama Station (JR Line, Keikyu Line, Tokyu Line, Minato Mirai Line, Sotetsu Line, Municipal Subway)
- Take [26] from Yokohama municipal bus "Yokohama-sta. (Yokohama East Exit Bus Terminal Noriba No. 1)" and get off at "Osanbashi Entrance" and walk 3 minutes.
- Take the Bayside Blue from the Yokohama municipal bus "Yokohama-sta. (Yokohama East Exit Bus Terminal Noriba No.4)" and get off at "Osanbashi Entrance" and walk for 3 minutes.
From Sakuragicho Station (JR Line/Municipal Subway)
- Take the [26 system] from the Yokohama Municipal Bus "Sakuragicho-sta. (No. 1)" and get off at "Osanbashi Entrance" and walk for 3 minutes.
- From the Yokohama municipal bus "Sakuragicho-sta. (No. 3)" and get off at "Osanbashi Passenger Terminal".
From Nihon-odori Station (Minato Mirai Line)
- 7-minute walk from Exit 3 and Exit 4.
From Kannai Station (JR Line, Municipal Subway)
- 15-minute walk from the JR NEGISHI LINE Kannnai Sta. (South Exit) and the Municipal Subway Kannai Station Exit 1.

There is a parking lot (charged). Please check here for information on fees (outside site).
Shinkofuto Passenger Terminal [Yokohama Hammerhead]
Shinko Wharf Passenger Ship Terminal
Location: 2-14-1, Shinko, Naka-ku, Yokohama (Tel: 045-211-8080)
- There are cafes, restaurants, shops, resort hotels, and observation spots in the facility.

From Sakuragicho Station (JR Line/Municipal Subway)
- 15-minute walk from JR NEGISHI LINE Sakuragi-cho Sta. (East Exit) and Sakuragicho Station.
- Take the "Akaikutsu" from the Yokohama Municipal Bus "Sakuragicho-sta. (No. 3)" and get off the "Hammerhead"
From Minatomirai Station (Minato Mirai Line)
- 12-minute walk from Exit 6
From Bashamichi Station (Minato Mirai Line)
- 10-minute walk from Exit 4

Daikokufuto Passenger Ship Terminal
Daikoku Futo Passenger Ship Terminal
Location: 13, Daikokufutou, Tsurumi-ku, Yokohama-shi
- This terminal facility accepts super-large passenger ships that cannot pass through Yokohama Bay Bridge.
- It operates only on the day of entering the passenger ship (gates are closed except on the day of entering the passenger ship).
- Passengers are not allowed to enter the terminal. There is no space to visit the cruise ship, including the drop-off.
- There are no cafes or shops in the terminal. In addition, there are no commercial facilities such as convenience stores nearby.

Those who come by car
- 5 minutes from the exit of the Tokyo Metropolitan Expressway Wangansen (B) and Kanagawa No. 5 Daikoku Line (K5) "Daikoku Futo"
"Daikoku Wharf Drive & Cruise *" (currently not implemented because there are no target ships)
- As the schedule of the target ship approaches, we will inform you of the implementation outline and application acceptance on this page as needed.
※"Daikoku Wharf Drive & Cruise" is a service that allows passengers on a cruise ship to park their own cars during the tour period (charged).
- If you come by private car to pick up and drop off passengers, you do not need to make a reservation. There is no charge.
From Yokohama Station (JR Line, Keikyu Line, Tokyu Line, Minato Mirai Line, Sotetsu Line, Municipal Subway)
- Take the [109 system] from the Yokohama municipal bus "Yokohama-sta. (Yokohama East Exit Bus Terminal No. 14)", get off at "Oguro Customs Front Gate" and walk 8 minutes.
From Tsurumi Station (JR Line), Keikyu Tsurumi Station (Keikyu Line)
- Take the [17 system] from the Yokohama Municipal Bus "Tsurumi Ekimae (East Exit / Noriba No. 6)" and get off at "Oguro Customs-mae" and walk 9 minutes.
