To avoid food poisoning

The expiration date and expiration date are valid when the storage method is unopened and follow the indicated storage method.

Use the opened items immediately and throw away the ones that have passed away.

Make arrangements in advance if there is a request from a person with food allergies.

When keeping food

In order to make effective use of the distributed food, check the expiration date and expiration date of the food, and distribute it from the ones with the short expiration date as possible.
Let's throw away items that have expired.

When storing food, keep it in a cool place where the sun is as possible.

At this time, if you store a short expiration date in front of you and a long expiration date in the back, it will be easier to put in and out (first-in first and out) stored food.

Some people say that they eat later because they are wasteful, but food poisoning is more likely to occur if they eat longer.
Distribute the amount that you can eat even in the event of a disaster, and dispose of any leftovers.

How to cook at the time of disaster

This is an introduction to the cooking method when the water supply is not fully used, but please wash your hands as much as possible, do not touch the food directly, and use the equipment to prevent food poisoning.

For those who engage in cooking

If you are sick, do not engage in supply of hot meals or cooking.

Be sure to wash your hands with soap.

Use disposable vinyl gloves for cooking.

Disinfect cooking utensils such as kitchen knives and cutting boards with boiling water.
