At the "Administrative Services Corner" located at major stations in the city, you can get resident certificate and private seal certificates even outside of office hours, such as Saturday and Sunday. Depending on the Reception hours and the type of certificate, it may not be possible to issue it immediately, so please check before using it.

Notifications of family register (birth, death, marriage, etc.) are accepted at the Holiday and Night Reception Desk. The documents will be reviewed at a later date in Family Registry Division, but if there are no serious defects, the date of submission will be the date of acceptance.

• Exit the ticket gate and proceed to the left (East Exit side), and follow National Route 16 toward Yokosuka.
  Cross the "You are the Saki intersection" and go about 400m further, and you will find the ward office on your left.

• Go out the ticket gate, go down to the first floor by stairs or elevator, and follow National Route 16 along the national highway.
  After about 600 meters along the national highway, you will find the ward office on your right.

[From Kanazawa Bunko Station to the ward office (2 routes)]

• Take the Keikyu Bus 4 Line Oppama Garage (in front of Natsushima and Nissan Motors) (4 to 6 buses per hour)
  Take the "Kanazawabunko (National Highway)" bus stop and get off at the third "Machiya" bus stop.
  The "Kanazawabunko (National Highway)" bus stop passes from Kanazawa Bunko Station East Exit through the station square (not going to the shopping street), exits Route 16, crosses the pedestrian crossing and is in the right direction.

• Use Keikyu Bus Bun 15 Line Oppama Garage bound for (2 in the morning and 2 in the afternoon)
  Take the "Kanazawa Bunko Station" bus stop and get off at the third "Kanazawa Ward General Government Building" bus stop.
  The bus stop at Kanazawa Bunko Station is located on the left side of Kanazawa Bunko Station East Exit Station Square.
  There are buses to other areas from this platform, so be careful not to make a mistake.

[From Kanazawa Hakkei Station to the ward office]

• Take the "Kanazawa Hakkei" bus stop and get off at the second "Machiya" bus stop.
  The "Kanazawa Hakkei" bus stop is just a short walk from Kanazawa Hakkei Station, turn right on National Route 16 when you go straight.

• Turn left at the traffic light in front of Kanazawa police department, go about 80m and turn left. There is a parking lot on your left.
