At the "Administrative Service Corner" at major stations in the city, you can get resident certificate and private seal certificates even outside the office hours at the ward office, such as Saturday and Sunday. Depending on the type of Reception hours and the type of certificate, it may not be possible to issue it immediately, so please check before using.

family register notifications (birth, death, marriage, etc.) are accepted at the Holiday and Night Reception Desk. The documents will be reviewed in Family Registry Division at a later date, but if there are no serious defects, the date of submission will be the acceptance date.

• Exit the ticket gate and proceed to the left side (East Exit side), and follow National Route 16 toward Yokosuka.
  Cross the "Kimisaki Intersection" and proceed for about 400m, and you will find the ward office on your left.

• Go out the ticket gate, go down to the first floor by stairs or elevator, and follow National Route 16 and follow the national highway.
  Proceed about 600m along the national highway, you will find the ward office on your right.

[From Kanazawa Bunko Station to the ward office (2 routes)]

• Use Keikyu Bus 4 line Oppama garage (in front of Natsushima / Nissan Motor) (operated 4 to 6 trains per hour).
  Take the "Kanazawabunko (National Highway)" bus stop and get off at the third "Machiya" bus stop.
  The "Kanazawabunko (National Highway)" bus stop passes from Kanazawa Bunko Station East Exit through the station square (not going to the shopping street), exits National Route 16, cross the pedestrian crossing to the right.

• Use Keikyu Bus Feng 15 line bound for Oppama garage (operation in the morning and about 2 in the afternoon)
  Take the "Kanazawa Bunko Station" bus stop and get off at the third "Kanazawa Ward General Government Building" bus stop.
  The bus stop is located on the left side of Kanazawa Bunko Station East Exit Station Square.
  From this platform, there are buses bound for other directions, so be careful not to make a mistake.

[From Kanazawa Hakkei Station to the ward office]

• Take the "Kanazawa Hakkei" bus stop and get off at the second "Machiya" bus stop.
  The "Kanazawa Hakkei" bus stop is just a short walk after getting off at Kanazawa Hakkei Station and turn right on National Route 16, which leads to a short walk.

• Turn right at the "Kanazawa police department-mae" traffic light, proceed about 80m and turn left. There is a parking lot on your left.

• 100 yen for 60 minutes (20:00 to 08:00)
• [Saturday, Sundays, and holidays] Maximum fee 1500 yen on the day (changed at 24:00)

Due to congestion at the counter, etc., the amount exceeding 60 minutes will be charged. Please use public transportation as much as possible.

• Among ward office and public hall users, those who fall under the following 1 and 2

1. Person with a disability and the caregiver (please show certificate of the physically disabled, notebook of love, health and welfare notebook for the mentally ill.)
2. Low-emission vehicles (limited to those using electric vehicles, plug-in hybrid vehicles, fuel cell vehicles, and natural gas vehicles) Please present your vehicle inspection certificate.
