How to use water receiving tank water
Please refer to the following figure "How to take water in the receiving tank".
When tap water stops, make sure that there is water remaining in the aquarium.
Some schools use direct water taps as drinking water, and some schools use water tanks as toilet water. However, we regularly manage the receiving tank, such as cleaning, so that it can be used as drinking water. In the event of a disaster, residual chlorine contained for disinfection may be lost, so check the residual chlorine concentration before using it.
If residual chlorine is detected, it is possible to drink it. If it is not detected or cannot be measured, use it as water for daily use, such as washing your face.
To the Steering Committee
Please check the following.
- Where is the receiving tank?
- Where is the water in the receiving tank usually used, such as toilets?
- Can I use the residual chlorine concentration meter used in the school pool be used?
