To prevent economy class syndrome

If you spend a long time sitting in an evacuation center or staying in a car, you need to take preventive measures against economy class syndrome. Call on evacuees and practice exercises for prevention by referring to the example of 1-4 "Preventing Economy Class Syndrome".

Especially in the event of a disaster, it becomes difficult to secure water. In such a case, try to do massage or stretching.

Let's ban the soil.

From the viewpoint of preventing infectious diseases, it is considered that it is basically desirable to ban the foot of the living room in evacuation centers.

Prohibiting the foot as soon as the safe condition is confirmed without fragments such as glass, and using special footwear in toilets and cooking rooms will help prevent outbreaks.
