※In order to use "elementary school studenｔ Development Support" and "day service (elderly day care) after school", you will need a "Certificate of Recipients for Children with Disabilities" issued by the ward office.

※Please note that it takes about 2 weeks to 1 month after applying to the ward office to issue a recipient ID.
