（１） Severely disabled (child) daily life equipment payment business
In Yokohama City, the “Yokohama City Severely Disabled Persons (Child) Daily Life Equipment Benefit Project” provides the necessary tools to ensure smooth daily life.
Tools to be eligible for payment vary depending on the type and grade of disability, requirements for the target person, household status, etc. Please contact the following for details.

（２） Assistive device cost payment system
Assistive devices are tools to supplement or replace lost physical functions by persons with disabilities (children) and incurable disease patients (those whose degree of disability due to 332 diseases specified by Cabinet Order of the Comprehensive Support for Persons with Disabilities Act is continuously subject to considerable restrictions on daily life or social life). Under the assistive device cost payment system, a portion of the cost will be paid.
The type of assistive device that can be delivered and repaired depends on the type and condition of the obstacle. Please contact the following office for details on the requirements and procedures.
