About allowance

As of the date of application, Address is provided to parents raising elementary school studenｔ, who are under 20 years of age and have severe or moderate disabilities.

Allowances are provided to severely disabled children under the age of 20 who need regular care in their daily lives. An examination is required for payment. For more information, please refer to the following link.

When a congenital disorder or abnormality appears to a baby within two years of birth with Yokohama City National Health Insurance, a "childcare allowance for disabled children" will be paid according to the degree of the disorder. You can apply if you have been subscribed continuously from birth to application. Please apply within 2 years from the time the disability appears.
