FY2021 Izumi Ward Management Policy

Basic Goal Let's move on to Mirai! With the community ~# If you live in Izumi Ward~
We will continue to work with the local community to create communities for the future so that people can realize that they want to continue living in Izumi Ward and that they are Izumi Ward if they live.
Basic attitude
We will work on all office work based on the three viewpoints of "improving and creating attractiveness", "strategic information transmission", and "challenge for new everyday life (challenge)".
Improve and create attractiveness
Each and every employee is fully aware that all office work will lead to the enhancement of Izumi Ward's appeal, and we will work with residents to further enhance the appeal of Izumi Ward.
Strategic information dissemination
About various information dispatch that ward office performs, we do not just send unilaterally, but are conscious of "communication" to person who needs information and deliver accurate information quickly.

In a new daily life to respond to the spread of COVID-19, we will achieve our business objectives by devising ways to proceed with office work and implementation methods.

Let's get 1! The charm of Izumi
In addition to promoting city promotion that allows people inside and outside the city to realize the unique charm of Izumi Ward, such as transportation access, good environment for raising children, and living environment surrounded by water and greenery, we will promote urban development that takes advantage of local characteristics such as agriculture, traditional culture, and the site of the Fukaya Telecommunications Station. In addition, we will disseminate effective information so that those attractions and administrative information can be accurately "transmitted" to the person you want to convey.
2 Let's go! Regional Power
We will support the Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations and other organizations and promote participation in a wide range of generations in local activities to eliminate the shortage of workers. We will promote the use of ICT in new daily life and lead to continuous activities and the development of new leaders. In addition, we will create a vibrant Izumi Ward by creating bustling shopping streets and promoting sports.
Let's protect it! Safety and Security of Life
In addition to supporting disaster prevention leaders in the region and raising awareness of the self support and community support, we will work with disaster prevention related organizations to strengthen the disaster prevention system in the city. Furthermore, in cooperation with local communities and related organizations, we will actively work on traffic safety, measures against anti-crime program and infectious diseases, and promote the development of safe and secure towns.
4 Let's support you! A healthy town
In order to create a town where everyone can live with peace of mind through the support of the community, we will formulate the 4th Izumi Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan as an integrated plan with community-based comprehensive care initiatives. In addition, we will promote initiatives such as continuous support from pregnancy to child-rearing, dementia measures, and social participation support for children with disabilities and persons.
