FY2022 Izumi Ward Management Policy

Izumi Ward is an attractive city full of water and greenery, where local activities are thriving, and further development is expected through the development of Izumi Yumegaoka and the opening of the Sotetsu and Tokyu Mutual Direct Lines. We will continue to work with the local community to create communities for the future so that people can feel that they want to continue living in Izumi Ward and Izumi Ward if they live.

We will work on all office work based on the three viewpoints of "improving and creating attractiveness", "strategic information transmission", and "collaboration with various actors".

Each and every employee is fully aware that all office work will lead to the enhancement of Izumi Ward's appeal, and we will work with residents to further enhance the appeal of Izumi Ward.

About various information dispatch that ward office performs, we do not just send unilaterally, but are conscious of "communication" to person who needs information and deliver accurate information quickly.

Together with a wide range of generations and diverse leaders, we will promote the community development that will lead to the next generation.

In addition to promoting city promotion to encourage people inside and outside the city to realize the unique charm of Izumi Ward and to enhance their attachment to Izumi Ward, we will promote urban development that takes advantage of local characteristics such as agriculture, traditional culture, and the site of the Fukaya Communication Station. In addition, we will communicate these appeals and initiatives in cooperation with many people involved in Izumi Ward.

In addition to supporting the Neighborhood Association Neighborhood Associations and other organizations, we also hold seminars and exchange meetings for each generation to promote participation in a wide range of generations in local activities. In addition, we will promote the creation of bustle in shopping streets and enlightenment of decarbonization with local residents.

In addition to supporting disaster prevention leaders in the region and raising awareness of the self support and community support, we will work with related organizations to strengthen the disaster prevention system in the city. In addition, we will actively work with local communities and related organizations to combat anti-crime program and infectious diseases to create safe and secure towns.

In order to create a town where everyone can live with peace of mind by supporting each other, we will promote the Izumi Waku Waku Plan (Izumi Ward Community Welfare and Health Plan) and the Izumi Ward Action Plan. In addition, we will promote initiatives such as continuous support from pregnancy to child-rearing and social participation support for children with disabilities and persons.

• Appropriate system operation at ward office window, protection of personal information
• Easy-to-understand, kind and polite window correspondence that makes it easy to consult about various procedures and problems in daily life
• Maintenance and management of roads, sewers, rivers, parks, etc.

• Implementation of fair and appropriate taxation of city taxes and delinquency arrangements
• Promotion of storage of National Health Insurance premiums, etc.
