During the designated period, corporations and other organizations that can manage and operate the target facilities safely and smoothly (including joint ventures jointly by multiple organizations). The legal status is not required, but you cannot apply individually.

We perform proposal examination by open call for participants type proposal method and select designated candidate and runner-up candidate.
