Eligibility for application
During the designated period, corporations and other organizations that can safely and smoothly manage and operate the target facilities (including joint ventures jointly by multiple organizations). Corporate status is not required, but individual applications cannot be made.
Selection method
We perform proposal examination by open call for participants type proposal method and choose designated candidate and runner-up candidate.

Before submitting the application documents, we will accept the “Consent Form (Form 6)” for the Yokohama City Tax Payment Status Survey” as part of the intention confirmation.
In application, presentation of "consent form (style 8) (word: 36KB) of tax payment situation investigation of Yokohama-shi tax" is necessary.

A briefing session will be held on how to apply and how to fill out application documents. If you are planning to apply, please join us as much as possible. As we do not distribute materials such as open call for participants essential point on the day, please download document from ward website, and please bring by yourself. After the briefing session, an on-site tour will be held.

By a resolution at the 4th regular meeting of Yokohama City Council on December 20, 2023, Nakagawa Community Group was designated as the 4th designated manager. The designated period is five years from April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2029.
