1 Business description
Input, output, collation, confirmation, etc. related to certificate issuance operations

(3) Have or are interested in Family Registry Division Registration Section business experience
4 Working conditions, etc.
(1) ID: General employees based on Article 22-2 of the Local Public Service Act
(2) Appointment period: April 1, 2015-March 31, 2018
(3) Working days: Working every 5 days a week from Monday to Friday
※Excludes holidays stipulated in the “National Holidays Act” and New Year's holidays (December 29-January 3)
(4) Working hours: A. From 8:45 to 15:45
B. From 10:15 to 17:15
Break time (no pay): 1 hour specified by the head of the affiliation
(5) Work location: Isogo Ward Office Family Registry Division
(2nd floor of Isogo Ward General Government Building, 3-5-1 Isoko, Isogo-ku, 235-0016, Japan)
(6) Compensation: ¥176,900 per month (FY2024 results) (paid this month, 21st of every month)
※The compensation is based on the results of FY2024. It is subject to change due to the revision of the system.
※A term-end allowance, diligence allowance, and commuting expenses (equivalent to actual expenses) will be paid separately.
(7) Social insurance: Joined employee health insurance (Yokohama City Mutual Aid Association), Employees' Pension Insurance and employment insurance ※In the case of target age
※Other working conditions are based on related regulations such as the regulations about salary and expense compensation of staff appointed in Yokohama-shi fiscal year.

7 Selection Method
(1) Primary selection
A Selection Method: Selection of documents in the application form and attached sheet for the fiscal year appointment staff
B. Notification of results: Regardless of pass or fail, we will notify you by mail around Thursday, December 12.
(2) Secondary selection
A Selection Method: Interview
B Schedule: Thursday, December 19, 2024
C Venue: The site of the cafeteria on the 7th floor of the Isogo Ward General Government Building
※Details will be announced at the time of notification of the results of the primary selection.
(3) Notification of results: Regardless of pass / fail, we will notify you by mail after late January 2025.
(4) physical checkup: Only final passers will be implemented if necessary.
