evacuation shelter Joint Training for Negishi District was held (October 15, 2023)

　On Sunday, October 15, 2023, "Negishi district evacuation shelter joint training" was carried out in Negishi Elementary School.
　A total of about 190 participants participated, including Neighborhood Association and Neighborhood Associations in the Negishi district, fire brigade, Fire Department, Japan Red Cross Service Corps, Family Disaster Prevention Officers, Isoko Yokohama Disaster Risk Reduction License Isoko, and ward office. Among the participants, there were many households with children.
　Due to rain on the day, the training content was changed and it was held in the gymnasium. "Training of cardiopulmonary resuscitation (AED)", "Explanation and use of cardboard Bet", and "Explanation and guidance on first aid for rescuers" were implemented, and it was a practical training in preparation for a disaster. The children participating in the training was impressive.
　In the science room, "supply of hot meals training" was held, and rice cooked in a furnace set was distributed to participants.
　Unfortunately, it was raining, but so many people gathered and realized again the height of disaster prevention awareness in the Negishi area. Thank you very much for your help.
