In the event of a major disaster, infrastructure such as telephones and the Internet will be greatly affected. It was requested by Yokohama City in 1972 and concluded an agreement to carry out information transmission on such a situation. In 2008, we concluded an agreement with Isogo Ward. Major activities include disseminating information on damage to the ward office, between evacuation shelter and the ward office, and the status of medical institutions to the ward office. Since normal times, we have been conducting a wide range of training programs in preparation for emergency activities and maintaining and improving technology.
