When you find an abandoned bicycle

There is a possibility of a stolen vehicle, so first check if the anti-crime program registration sticker is affixed, and if so, contact Hodogaya police department (Phone: 335-0110). If the theft has been reported or the owner is known, Hodogaya police department will contact the owner.
If it is not a stolen vehicle, please check the following abandoned places and contact us.
