Application method
Groups wishing to participate must submit an e-mail or fax (*) by 17:00 on Tuesday, January 17, 2023. Please send the application form (Form 12) to the Health and Welfare Division Business Planning Section, Hodogaya-ku.
If you do not apply by the above date, you will not be able to participate.
In addition, on the day of the local tour and application briefing, there is no dedicated parking lot at the venue, so please use public transportation.
