How to apply
Organizations wishing to participate should send the “Yokohama City Tokiwadai Community Care Plaza Local Tour / Application Briefing Application Form (Form 12)” by 17:00 on Tuesday, January 17, 2023 to the Health and Welfare Division Business Planning Section, Hodogaya-ku.
If you do not apply by the above date, you will not be able to participate.
In addition, on the day of the site tour and the application briefing, there is no dedicated parking area at the venue, so please use public transportation.
※In the case of fax, please confirm arrival by telephone to the person in charge after sending.
