Organizations wishing to participate should send the application form for the Hodogaya Community Care Plaza (Form 12) by e-mail or fax (*) to the Health and Welfare Division Business Planning Section in Hodogaya-ku by 5:00 p.m. on March 25, 2022 (Friday).
If you do not apply by the above date, you will not be able to participate.
In addition, on the day of the briefing, there is no private parking lot at the venue, so please use public transportation.
