Organizations wishing to participate should send the “Yokohama City Hodogaya Community Care Plaza Application Briefing Application Form (Form 12)” by 5:00 pm on March 25, 2022 (Friday) to the Health and Welfare Division Business Planning Section, Hodogaya-ku.
If you do not apply by the above date, you will not be able to participate.
In addition, on the day of the briefing, there is no dedicated parking area at the venue, so please use public transportation.
