Due to the construction, the usability of the road you are used to on a daily basis has changed significantly, and it may be difficult to walk or inconvenience. In addition, even a slight change due to construction, it may be a heavy burden for the elderly and disabled.
Therefore, in order to increase the sense of security for pedestrians during construction.
We have formulated the "Barrier-Free Promotion Guidelines for Pedestrians under Construction" and have been implementing it since July 1, 2005.
In formulating the guidelines, we solicited opinions and formulated guidelines reflecting the many opinions we received.
