Based on the March 2016 standard of the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism's March 2016 standard (geology and soil survey was October 2016, standards for government office maintenance was 2018 version)), various standards for electronic delivery were revised in March 2019 version. In addition, this standard is applied on October 1, 2019 in order to respond to revisions such as Yokohama City Electronic Delivery Checkers. If it is necessary to apply in advance, use it after sufficient consultation between the ordering party, such as inspection methods.
