In construction ordered by Yokohama City, we will utilize the information sharing system (ASP) for the purpose of "smooth communication of orderer", "speaking up the processing of construction documents", "efficiency of supervision inspection work", etc. .

Information Sharing System Implementation Guidelines for Civil Engineering in Yokohama City (March 2023)
Applicable to construction contracts concluded for inviting applications for contracts made on or after April 1, 2023.
Target construction report
The construction report targeted by the information sharing system shall be a construction meeting book. Construction forms other than the construction meeting book will also be effective by attaching them to the construction meeting book. The decision shall be made by the ordering party with reference to the list of construction documents (civil engineering work).
