Organization of Office of Accounting

Office of Accounting consists of two sections, the Accounting Management Section and the Examination Section.
Specifically, we examine expenditure-related documents, operate a common goods system, cash receipts and payments and store daily cash, manage funds, prepare financial statements, and operate and manage the financial accounting system.

Accounting Manager

General Manager of Accounting Office (concurrently serving as Accounting Manager)

Accounting Management Division

We carry out accounting and storage of annual cash and cash belonging to the fund, manage cash record, prepare general and special accounts, and operate a common goods system. In addition, we play role of Motoichi window with designated financial institution.

Administration Section

  5. Adjustment of funds to be paid
  6. Matters related to accounting and storage of securities
  7. Matters related to the arrangement and storage of certificates

Accounting Section

  1. Matters related to the preparation of revenue and expenditure accounts
  2. Matters related to the record and arrangement of revenue books and expenditure books, as well as daily income and expenditure table
  3. Matters related to accounting and storage of goods
  4. Matters related to the accounting and storage of occupied personal property
  5. Matters related to record management of property
  6. Matters related to accounting and storage of income certificate stamp
  7. Thing about adjustment notice etc.

Examination Division

We conduct examinations to determine whether the expenditure-related documents of each bureau conform to accounting rules and other related laws and regulations, and strive to optimize accounting work while giving appropriate advice to accounting staff. In addition, we develop, manage and operate financial accounting systems and provide training for staff.
