1 What is a common item?

In Yokohama City, in order to reduce the cost of purchasing goods and simplify the purchase procedure, stationery, copy paper, and various forms (printed materials) common to each ward bureau (excluding schools, corporate bureaus and corporate accounts under the jurisdiction of the Board of Education Secretariat). The “Common Goods System” has been introduced in which the Office of Accounting purchases and pays it to the necessary departments.
