Notice

〇 There is a revision of the Act on Promotion of Expansion of Public Land (Public Expansion Act), and those who have applied for purchase of production green tracts based on the provisions of the Production Green Space Law after September 19, 2024 are not notified that they will not buy. Notification based on the provisions of the Public Expansion Law is no longer required for one year from the day following the day.

※If the owner has changed from the time of application, a notification is required even within one year.

registration form Application Form	If you intend to transfer land that meets the requirements of the Public Expansion Act for a fee, registration form If you want Yokohama City to buy the land you own, please submit an application form. Please prepare 2 copies of the documents (including the attached sheet). You don't need a seal signature. The following forms are available.
Certificate of entry	A copy of the entry summary and the registration information service is also acceptable (copiable). If there is a building, it is also necessary for the building.
Location map	Marked so that the positional relationship of the land can be understood (scale: about 1 / 10,000)
Guide map	Marked so that the site shape of the site can be understood (scale: about 1 / 1,500)

Actual measurement chart	If you are buying and selling with a measured area different from the registered area, please submit it. (Copy is possible)
Figure of city planning	Please submit thing which displayed limit (city facility, city area development business) by city planning of page i-mappie (outside site) of administrative map information.
Power of Attorney	It is necessary when a person other than the landowner submits a report or proposal. The following form is available, so please use it. Please be sure to bring your own with the date.
