About the Public Expansion Law Office

Public expansion law window entrance moved to the city hall the 12th floor on Tuesday, March 28, 2023.
Please complete the entrance procedure at the city hall reception on the 3rd floor, and come to the 12th floor by elevator.
When you get off the elevator, follow the blue guidance and come to the window of the Finance Bureau Facility Management Promotion Section (ext. 31920).
Notifications and applications can be made by electronic application / notification system or mail in addition to the reception desk. For more information, please refer to the following link.

  • registration form is to transfer land that meets the requirements of the Public Expansion Act for a fee.
  • If you want Yokohama to buy the land you own, submit an application form

Please prepare two copies of the documents (including the attached sheet). seal signature is not required.
The following forms are available.

Certificate of Registration An entry summary and registration information service is also acceptable (copies are acceptable). If there is a building, it is also necessary for the building.
Location map Marked so that the positional relationship of the land can be understood (scale scale: about 1 / 10,000)
Guide map Marked so that the site shape of the site can be understood (scale: about 1 / 1,500)
Official map Marked so that the site shape of the site can be understood (copyable)
Measurement map If you buy or sell with an actual measured area different from the registered area, please submit it. (Copy is acceptable)
City planning map Please submit thing which displayed restrictions (city facility, city area development business) by city planning of page i-mappy (outside site) of administrative map information.
Power of Attorney It is necessary when a person other than the landowner submits a report / application. Please use the following form for the form. Please be sure to write the date and bring it.
